Services by third parties: Bookkeeping and annual tax return. appliances insurance.
Legal- service- Only para-legal's or lawyers can represent landlords in the hearing before the Landlord and Tenant board. Legal service required by the landlord in need to use the Landlord Tenant Board in case the tenant do not pay rent or if eviction required. NADLAN Realty Ltd is not held responsible for any loss cause to the landlord due to bad tenant that do not pay rent or make damage to the property. If legal action is required to evacuate tenant, the cost for this process paid by the Landlord. When its come to hearing before the board, tenant have a big advantage!
