Services to landlord in Toronto, Ontario.

We represent investors/ landlord who own condominiums or homes as income investment.

Will help the landlord to screen the tenants. The landlord to decide which applicant to take in.

Lease agreement is between landlord and tenant and not between Nadlan Realty and the tenant.

Deposit the rents collected from the tenants to the landlord's Canadian bank accounts.
Maintenance- The tenants call us for repairs if required, we will inform the landlord and with landlord approval we will call handyman, plumber, electrician or technician to fix it.  
Landlord Property and fire insurance required by banks as a condition for mortgage finance. Tenant required to arrange there own tenants contents insurance.

Services by third parties: Bookkeeping and annual tax return. appliances insurance.

Legal- service- Only para-legal's or lawyers can represent landlords in the hearing before the Landlord and Tenant board. Legal service required by the landlord in need to use the Landlord Tenant Board in case the tenant do not pay rent or if eviction required. NADLAN Realty Ltd is not held responsible for any loss cause to the landlord due to bad tenant that do not pay rent or make damage to the property. If legal action is required to evacuate tenant, the cost for this process paid by the Landlord. When its come to hearing before the board, tenant have a big advantage! Landlord and Tenant Board's role is to provide information and to resolve disputes between residential landlords and tenants.
