After years as a commodity and purchasing manager involved in contracts negotiations, suppliers selection, public auctions when I acted as a agent for buyers from variety of industries (IBM-N, Celestica CLS-N) I decided to embark on a new path and pursue my budding interest in real estate. Combining my education in Industrial Engineering and Management with material learned in Real Estate (OREA College), I am a broker who is committed to achieving client satisfaction, and strive to cater to each client in a personalized and respectable fashion.
As a real estate broker in Toronto I am active in residential and commercial real estate. I work with investors, sellers and buyers to sell or buy commercial properties, homes and condominiums, whether for personal use or for investment purposes. I have listed and sold properties in hot locations in the downtown area including: Front St., Queens Quay, Park Rd. Victoria St., and Bloor St., among other great locations throughout the Toronto Area and its suburbs. In addition, I work with a number of overseas clients, assisting them with their real estate needs.
In today Hot market when Foreclosure or Power of Sale represents new opportunities in Canada and USA, I work with brokers to buy properties that sometimes are not in the public domains.
