Salespersons from other brokerages promise sellers that sellers can terminate the listing agreements at any time. WRONG!!!

The listing agreement is a legal contract between the brokerage and the sellers. Not between the salesperson and the sellers.

The truth is: Only the "Broker of Record" ( office manager) can terminate the listing agreement. No one else.
